We will never come back Dolci Thai Bistro again. The space is very small for dine-in. The owner was aggressive when her staff... seated us a wrong table (after a very long wait even the table was vacant), she pointed at us in a loud voice saying that shealready told us before that we would sit at the other table. sat down, 3 of us. waited 20 mins for anyone to assist us. difficult to read menu. expired liquor license. ordered the same... things. our curries arrived in big bowls with very little curry inside. price gouging is already an immediate 1 star. norice. roti not fresh. stale. no one came to check up on us, i had to get up to tell them we want rice which should come on theside for each person ordering curry, always. the curry was decent but this experience was totally unacceptable. will never beback. Our order was missing one item completely, and we received the wrong rice. The manager insisted twice that I was wrong about the... order, but said she would refund the missing dish. After each of us had a few very disappointing bites; the chicken and musselstasted off (though I didn't mention this to the manager because I felt she would ignore me), I decided to drive 30 minutes toreturn the entire meal. I was refunded only the missing dish. I left the entire meal on the counter. Spring rolls were burned onthe outside and raw on the inside. Read more
Thai atmosphere- the restaurant is uniquely and authentically designed. The owner is friendly and kind. The service was very... slow (it seems that the hostess was both the waitress and the cook). The food was fine. The Pad Tai was too oily but the tastewas good. I will note that it was possible to change ingredients in the dish. Read more
This place has a nice decoration. Both doors were open and it was drafty, cold, the drink was ok. Portion of food is small and... very expensive in relation to price to quality. I was in Thailand and I know how they serve food in a restaurant, nothing to dowith this place. When we wanted to pay our bill, the woman could not decide for a long time what we ordered. We always leavetips, but this time my husband left a tip, but I wouldn't do that. Both of us were dissatisfied with this place, we will not gothere again. Read more
Arrived at Osoyoos in late afternoon; after a wonderful walk along the lake, we decide to go Asian food tonight and randomly... picked Dolci Thai Bistro. Had tried chicken in Penticton for lunch, so we ordered beef, salmon and rice. They cooked stir frybeef with vegetables and special Thai source; it is the best beef I ever tasted! Everything are tasty. They have a pretty patio at the back. They grew their own organic vegetables !
