This fine establishment took our order for home delivery and said 40-45 minutes, we said sure. After 80 minutes at 8:20 pm we... called back to inquire about the delay, at which point they said it's been busy and I would have to pick up the order, whichwasn't possible. I asked if they even made the order and he said no because they couldn't deliver it. No courtesy call back tous so we could order elsewhere even though they had our number from when they took the order. Very unprofessional and shows acavalier disregard for the customer. Update: After making and eating our own dinner they did show up - 2 hr and 10 minutesafter we placed the order. The driver said he had no idea about us telling them to cancel the order because we couldn't pick itup. I think they can do better than this. Read more
Probably would've rated them higher, but I watched the guy who processed my order select the tip of 15% for himself quickly... after inserting my card. He thought I didn't see, but I definitely did... Won't be ordering again. Read more
Extremely good. I love all the fun and very different options (corn or tandoori chicken, donaire, etc) with some of the usual... favourites (cheese lovers, pepperoni, hawaiian, etc). Amazing pizza! The people working were very friendly and had our order ready as fast as they could. They said it would take 45... minutes, and we had our pizza in exactly that. They were very busy, which is a good sign for a pizza place because it meanspeople are aware of the quality. The sauce was very flavourful. The cheese was tasty and the toppings were good quality. I wouldrecommend this pizza to anyone traveling through Osoyoos. And we will definitely order from Mami's again the next time we are intown.
