My friends & I came there tonight because our other food choice was closed. We ate in the restaurant. The food was disgusting. I... ordered a Swiss chicken bacon with salad & fries - they put processed cheese on my chicken. Not to mention this meal was $27?!The server didn't once ask how our food was or come to the table. In fact we had to GET UP to ask for a recent. Upon doing so -he was training a woman , he snatched the terminal from her hand & RUDELY said you're doing in wrong in front of uscustomers. This is my first time here & I won't be back. Horrible service & horrible food. Can't say anything about the hotelthough - as we only ate in the restaurant. Read more

Restaurant in the Hoilday Inn. Walk into the lobby and head up the stairs on your right. Beautiful views. Nice wide open spaces... between tables. The waitress was very kind and patient. The potato croquettes were yummy but not what I expected. Baked/friedbrowner than expected. Grainier texture as well. Flavour was nice with the sauce. Our french onion soups had lots of cheese anda good size piece of bread inside. The soup itself was on the bland side and onions pieces could have been softer. The blueberrytea and 2 x gin tonics were tasty. $60 bill. Not cheap but not bad considering the view. It is better during the day than afterdark. Not to many lights on that side of the lake. Great food at a fair price! Amazing view of Haynes point, and a nice walk down pioneer walkway is right across the street. Try... the cheese platter, lots of food to share, also the strawberry champaign herself cake is a good choice. Read more
