Terrible experience from start to finish. Incompetent front of house, sandwiches are to the touch cold, BLT toasted, good... luck... Sandwich barley filled honestly tasted like garlic bread. Front of house doesnt get that Tim's has offers and is outto lunch on the offers... If Wendy's is bad for ketchup and sends you to McDonalds I'd skip the headache here and just bline itto McDonald's at least there the staff understand how the loyalty rewards options work, Read more

YIKES!!! firstly, the front house staff are working hard; however, where is the management? it looks like a free for all out on... the floor? we ordered a harvest wrap, as they were making it they recognized that they do not carry it anymore. It happens nobiggie. BUT we were told to just wait a moment for the refund? no one addressed us. we had to stand back in line to get it. thistook about 30 + min in total - that?s with it not being crazy busy. I visited around 9am and the place was very busy. I ordered via self order. It took them over 40 mins to get the order ready... for dine-in.Very very slow service. The drive- through was moving even slower.Place was clean though. Staff appeared upset andwere rude. No body was checking any orders, I went up and asked for a small hot chocolate and the staff at the counter justhanded it out.Although I had ordered he never bothered to check. A staff member who stood out was the one outside, sweeping.He was very thorough with his task. That was refreshing to see. Read more
So disappointed.. after waiting in the drive-through this morning for 20 minutes, my order was terrible and wrong. My farmers... breakfast sandwich did not have chipotle sauce on it nor a hashbrown. It was terribly disheveled and poorly made. My tea wascold? the donut was good. Read more
Usually pretty good service and food. Sometimes things sell-out quickly if you want something that?s popular. Wifi cuts out a... lot. I like that they offered oatmilk for the coffee this summer (my son and wife like oat milk). Muffins and donuts are goodand consistent. Read more
