Mold. Mold. Mold. Mold. Mold. Do not stay here. Health and safety violations. I?m usually not someone to write a review but... this was a particularly bad hotel experience. Had to move rooms after being assigned to the main building which has to be 20-30years old, and you can smell it. The most overwhelming mold smell I?ve ever experienced in my life. Black and green mold growingon the walls. Major holes in the wall. For $250-$300 I did not expect the ?resort? to be this bad. 92% humidity in rooms. Wewere traveling as a big group and half of us choose to leave and not stay the night because the smell in the main building isthat overwhelming. Read more

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a motel, and the marketing photos of recently renovated rooms are fake. The room smelled like... urine and mold, the shower had mold, the walls had water damage and was gross. Someone asked for cleaning service at the frontdesk when i was checking in and they said they didn?t have cleaning ?due to their housekeeping situation at the moment?.Needless to say, we did not stay. I complained and they were unable to change us to a room that looked like their images online.Only positive experience was the fact that they did refund me for my stay since we refused to stay there (despite everything onthe booking forms saying it was non refundable). Apparently someone was also murdered at this hotel at some point. The beachside of the hotel apparently is supposed to be nice, but it?s shocking that the reviews online are positive when that doesn?treflect the actual hotel. Read more

This place was relatively nice. The rooms were nice and modern but they were very small even for two people. The hallways were... kind of dingy and they don't have microwaves in the room you have to go down the hall. They have a restaurant within thelocation and the food was rather good. The location is very busy and the entrance is small as far as turning in and navigation. It also has a very high volume of guests. It's not a bad place, but would be a good long weekend stay and convenient to grabsomething to eat during your stay. Read more

Calling this place a resort is a stretch. The room had a musty smell, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, the bath towels... were unraveling and thread bare. We ate at the restaurant and the prime rib special was supposed to be 12 ounces, after cuttingall the fat out, we were lucky if it was 7 or 8 ounces. This was a once only visit . Read more

Great size room, excellent bed, great food, pool, and excellent staff. Friendly owner/manager. Only nitpicking here; blinds do... need replacing. Too much light in the room affects sleep, and yes microwave in the hallway is a slight inconvenience. This is a5-star place at a 4-star price! Stayed here a few times. Recommend highly. Read more

I do not recommend this hotel. I booked my stay for 2 nights and I ended up staying 1 night.I booked "the recent renovated... rooms" and I do not know what was renovated in those rooms, everything looked old,the bathroom sink stank, there were aunts on thesink,no service room was received,I requested extra towels which I never got,I could not sleep the whole night because the A/Cwas making a big noise. The hotel on the website pictures looked beautiful that's why I booked my stays here but being physicallyat the hotel is different.I do not recommend Casey Keys .There are plenty of options around this hotel like Best Webstern thatoffers free breakfast and I am sure that the service they offer will make you book future stays. Truly such a good experience! The rooms are clean and spacious! The pool area is incredible! I can't wait to come back on a... weekend and enjoy live music by the pool and tiki bar! Also, it is such a short drive to the beach that you can't beat thelocation. Read more

We stay here Memorial day weekend and the front desk hostess Dana was very friendly and helpful. There was miscommunication with... our room accommodation but we finally got it situated. Our room was newly remodeled and beautiful! The beds are comfy, which issuch a plus because many hotel beds cannot compare to our own bed at home. My only concern with the room was the water pressure, which was very weak. Other than that, our room was clean and wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and the pool area was verynice. The pool is more "adult friendly" because it goes from 4ft-8ft, which my toddler could not enjoy much. We did try to go tothe breakfast/brunch restaurant... After seating us, it took about 20+ minutes to take our order, and then after waiting another20+ minutes, we informed our waitress we had to go, and she said we could because the cook hadn't even started our food yet. Sowe left hungry. It was a good stay though. Read more
