Drive thru service did what was required. Food was dry and cold. Worst fries EVER! Screwed up drinks.
This company no longer knows what the definition of customer service is is. It is all automated: you walk in and you have to put... your order in to a computer screen, you then pick up your order from a human being who barely registers your presence. It's mcd you can't expect "amazing" cuisine. On that note though. I typically only buy breakfast here if necessary. My issue... with that is they don't keep to a schedule. Sometimes they stop serving at 11am, 10:30am, and 10am. Which is kinda depressingcause I don't want chicken or a burger at 10am.. so once it hits 10 I pick elsewhere for breakfast. Weekends are terrible butmainly make me feel bad cause all I see are kids working. I know adults have their own kids. But seeing kids get yelled at byadults for a messed up order isn't on them. It's on the adults yelling, but still. There should be adult supervision to helptake the heat off.. Read more
