Drive thru service did what was required. Food was dry and cold. Worst fries EVER! Screwed up drinks.
This company no longer knows what the definition of customer service is is. It is all automated: you walk in and you have to put... your order in to a computer screen, you then pick up your order from a human being who barely registers your presence. If thiscompany did not need human beings to run the machines, the only human presence there would be the customers. Read more
It's mcd you can't expect "amazing" cuisine. On that note though. I typically only buy breakfast here if necessary. My issue... with that is they don't keep to a schedule. Sometimes they stop serving at 11am, 10:30am, and 10am. Which is kinda depressingcause I don't want chicken or a burger at 10am.. so once it hits 10 I pick elsewhere for breakfast. Weekends are terrible butmainly make me feel bad cause all I see are kids working. I know adults have their own kids. But seeing kids get yelled at byadults for a messed up order isn't on them. It's on the adults yelling, but still. There should be adult supervision to helptake the heat off.. Read more
Unfortunately, they did not put the lid on my coffee all the way... although it appeared to be on. I went to drink my coffee... and burned my leg as it spilled all over me. When I went back in to tell a manager, she said, "Sometimes if you squeeze thecup the lid comes off, so sorry." I had a coffee and a tiny bag, no squeezing of the coffee cup. I guess they start with thecustomer is always wrong, first! Read more
Food was fine nothing wrong. Manager on duty was very short and telling me that I would have to wait for service at the counter,... she was to busy with the drive through. I wont be going back. Read more
Pretty good. New building. 3 stars because they did kiosk only ordering for in-store (which I normally prefer) but creates... bottlenecks when individuals are not as "tech-savvy". Would have been nice to at least have the option to order from a liveperson. Read more
