The store looks welcoming and cute on the outside, but was one of the dirtiest Taco John's I've been to. There was 1 other... customer, it was 1:30 p.m. all the tables needed to be wiped down. The floor needed to be scrubbed as well. It was gross. Oneworker left shortly after we ordered, but I got the feeling she and the others didn't care enough about the restaurant to keepit kept up. Stopped here while passing through. It took an exceptionally long time to be prepared. My tater tots were hot and freash, but... way over salted. Then my burrito was ice cold - not even warm. Had to have it all prepared again. The only saving grace was thevery nice lady behind the counter. Read more

Went through the drive through at taco johns in Osseo tonight and it was the best interaction I have had with someone in a long... time. Her name is Lizzy and I wanted to recognize her enthusiasm and wonderful customer service. We were able to have aconversation and still get our food fast. Will definitely come back again in hopes that she is there! 10 out of 10 recommend. Read more
Good food and staff. Tables and soft drink areas both worry dirty with others scraps and needed cleaning/wiping down.
