My husband and I went and arrived a few minutes to 9pm. There was a line inside. We went to check out the refrigerator first. ... We walked towards the line and an employee said ?it?s 8:59, we are now closed?. The people on line started to leave and beforewe could get to the door they shut the lights off. When i got outside they turned the lights back on inside. They were so rudeand lazy. What would it have taken to work 5 minutes extra? Read more
They are OK. Used to be so much more fun to visit BR.
Got to the store at 9:30, they close at 10. Had family from out of town where they don?t have baskin Robbins. People working... there put away the ice cream in the back and told us they didn?t have any ice cream to serve us. Hurray for carvel? Read more

Meh, really poor customer service. We left.
It was good ice cream. The only thing is the person we had seemed to not like it there and took forever on our order.
I love my rocky road ice cream but at baskin robbins I can try as many new flavors as we want
Stale cone and no chocolate sprinkles. I always get mint chocolate chip. Tastes not as good as usual.
