I love this dunkin donut first and foremost but I will not understand why they kept putting the butter packets inside the bag... and it says on the receipt ?spread with canola oil? I?ve been getting this from time to time but this is the second time thishas happened and I didn?t want to go back and forth with the worker but I know this is wrong?and the app charged me an extra 25cents for butter and I didn?t want this at all. I always get butter in the bagel period. So hopefully they get the apptogether. Read more
10 years and this. Never knew you can get a bagel toasted "DARK" after I said "not toasted" not only once but twice for both my... cream cheese bagel. When I tried to call to get an answer their number is no longer in service. VERY DISSAPOINTED TODAY. Read more
The staff is amazing here, they?re always doing their best to serve customers. I can never complain about their service. It?s a... little ridiculous to see them having to work during this heat with not good AC though. I went in this morning for a coffee andit was so hot in there, I felt bad seeing their red faces sweating, it is dangerous for them to be working in that type ofcondition. Leading to fainting or heat exhaustion. They deserve better work conditions. Read more
Fast, reliable service. Clean, conveniently located in a good spot in town.
Quick moving staff that is really friendly. They all seemed very on point, no one had that deer in the headlights look or the... look of not wanting to be there at 7 am on a Saturday. I am not going to comment on the food or drinks, it's a DD which ispretty consistent, coffee is served at lip searing temp and donuts are alright. Read more
The donuts are good. The idea of the code is good. But during my two week visit to the area I got my order delivered correct... once....out of 8 tries. The staff is either in need of better training or the idea of ordering anything other than black coffeeshould be reserved for other locations. The coffee is good...I would just like to get it served like it was ordered. Read more
