I waited over 15 minutes for an online order yesterday afternoon. No one greeted me, not even one time. There was one black... gentleman who was the ONLY employee being kind and apologizing for the ridiculous wait. There was a sea of employees andeveryone in the restaurant was waiting forever. This location is grossly mismanagaed and poorly staffed. I grabbed the attentionof two employees two separate times to inquire about my order and the order wasn't done. I had an ankle injury and afterstanding for twenty minutes I started making a fuss and was still ignored except for the manager with blond streaks in his hairwho said a racially derogatory thing in Spanish which I caught. Because I was being ignored and receiving bad service I spoke upand said something to which this man goes "Negra" as if anyone familiar with any Romance language wouldn't be familiar with whathe meant! Unexpectedly this relatively spacious site hosts a very nice contemporary atmosphere and a clean environment. The counter... servers were attentive and helpful. It has quiet semi-enclosed areas where customers can work their laptops while having coffeeor eating. It also has a drive-through for those who fast food is not fast enough...
