Breakfast sandwich was not hot. Cheese was not melted, egg was over cooked. Coffee was good.

Many people were parking up and walking to the door only to find a little note to say it was drive-thru only on that day. Would... have been more helpful to put a sign on the road to stop people wasting their time parking up. Service was prompt but one of themembers of staff was very rude. Read more
Today I was told they would not make my sandwich anymore because it?s ?too complicated? never had an issue at any other dunks.... Also in all the yrs I worked there myself I had to make tons of complicated orders for customers. I asked for a toastedcroissant with hummus, bacon, and everything seasoning. Which I know their systems have buttons for each of those things as asingularly purchased item. Didn?t realize how hard that would be I guess. Read more

I went through drive through and it took about 5+ minutes to even place my order. As the time I got up to the window they had... all the food and drinks made except one of the drinks was hot instead of frozen. They quickly went back and fixed it realizingbefore I said anything. Read more
I was traveling with a cousin and we stopped here for a donut and a drink. Was not happy that they had removed all the chairs... from the dining room, signaling they did not want anyone sitting in their restaurant. I stood inside and ate my donut, anyway.Service otherwise was polite and I got my favorite donut, apple n spice, which isn't served everywhere. This Dunkin can get really busy, especially on the weekends when people travel from Mass, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and NY. The... staff always does the best they can with the amount of people showing up. I appreciate the staff! They are doing the best withlimited staff and large amounts of traffic. ???? Be smart order ahead. For anyone complaining - get an application and startworking there! Read more
