The employees try hard. The kitchen is the problem. This rolls are tiny grocery store junk. My squash was cold and shaped like... the ice cream scoop that scooped it. My prime rib was more than half fat and gristle. It was replaced by an end cut but?howcould the chef even think about serving the first one. This is comfort food that cannot come close to the quality of: Bleu andany restaurant at Mashpee Commons. The owners of Wimpys seem live off a past reputation. Excellent food, service, fun. We had a group of 8 adults, 2 littles. Service (by Ben) was excellent especially given us being... wishy-washy. Luckily we arrived early and before the lunch crowd! Definitely worth going here! Read more
My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the experience, even the take out. Last night we went for... our 41st wedding anniversary. She ordered the fish and loved it. I had the fried clam plate, these were the worst clams I haveever had. They were so over cooked that they might as well have been pieces of deep fried bread. The food was great and the restaurant is nice. The look of the restaurant inside is really interesting and nice. The food was... great but I felt it was not the best. I have had better clam chowder and lobster rolls before. This is why I give this placefour stars. I recommend this to people who like seafood. Read more
Great food. Fantastic service. I really enjoyed the stuffed lobster. Big enough to feed two.
First the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the regular sized lobster roll. The... roll was toasted perfect with the right amount of butter. Yum!! Excellent freshly made food and the service by, Tyler, he was very attentive and kind. The French Onion Soup was... definitely homemade and delicious! The bloody Mary's, weren't on the menu, but we asked for them and were pleasantlysurprised!! The fish( cod) and chips were out of this world, and we had split the order, which was plenty!!
