Was there today around 1pm with my teenage daughter. Was sat at a dirty table, so we moved ourselves. Was told that they only... had 1 chef, so we could only order wings and appetizers, which is fine with us. The traditional wings that we ordered wereextremely dry and tasted old. Servers were running around and clearly stressed out. Not there fault, they were very kind. It'sthe management that is the problem. I saw management sitting behind the scenes talking away to each other. Instead, themanagement should be helping their servers, cleaning off tables, bussing tables, helping run food, making sure your restaurantguests are satisfied. But no. Very disappointing. Read more

Great boneless wings deal. They were about 7/10 for taste. Service once seated was great... Before seated, 2/10. No one asked... us or the other couple of we'd been helped for over 10 minutes. Read more

The wait was long and there were empty tables. But what made it frustrating was that no one for over 10 minutes even asked if... we'd been helped.. They just walked by. Once seated, or waitress was great. They had a deal on boneless wings, Me and my songot the bogo. They were delicious but a little dry. Other than that, nice experience. Read more

This is so gross, found a cap from the pop machines in my drink. This is why I never go to this location, horrible service and... unsanitary. I wouldn't recommend this spot at all. Read more

It was mine and my son's birthday. We placed an order online for pickup. Order was 20min late and missing the tenders that were... ordered. I was refunded the difference but was looking forward to my tenders. ??. Management needs to step up to ensure TIMELYand ACCURATE delivery of orders. Read more

If I could give a zero I would. We ordered food online at 7:30pm thinking it would take maybe 30 minutes or so. Wait was 50... minutes from order. We get to the restaurant at 8:20pm It?s 8:50pm and we?re still waiting. Probably had the simplest order ofthe night and we?re still not eating somehow. Very ridiculous and this location is known for being slow but Jesus Christ at thevery least let someone know so they can cancel and get their money back. Read more

So so so extremely disappointed in the horrible service. I walked in at 12:15am and asked if we could still dine in. The manager... Jesse said yes. I went back to the car to tell my family, we walked in and were not greeted to be sat down, waited a while andno one came around. Finally after seeing us standing there for so long a waitress sat us down. Waited more time for anotherwaitress to take our order and another 40 minutes for our food that never arrived!!! There were other tables eating I don?tunderstand why it took so long to just bring us our food if no one else was ordering anymore at this time. We ended up askingfor our food to go as it was now 1:15am. We waisted more than an hour at this location without eating. The manager never showedup to apologize. We left and my kids fell asleep on the ride home hungry and frustrated. My husband and I got home to thesewings that seemed to be re-fried and hardly any sauce. They tasted burnt. It took 40 minutes to make these wings??? If we weregoing to end our night in such a way we should?ve just came home to drink milk. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time andmoney. Read more
