I had a bad experience at another Chili's, so years later decided to give it another try. It was worst than the 1st time . ... First the floor was sticky walking in, then when they seated us, the table was sticky, and there was pop dripping from a chair.The waitress Crystal was attending us while it seemed she was training some young kids how to work there.....lol. Some tallwoman, joke of a manager not seeing how bad it is in here or ignoring how bad it is, just walks up and down the restaurant notcorrecting anything, especially that sticky floor. We got very slow service, took forever to order. While bringing our drinks,they dripped all down the glasses onto the floor then the table. She was like oops, I made a mess. Nobody cleaned nothing, now Iknew why the floor was sticky walking in. This restaurant is filthy, and I imagined how bad the kitchen was. Like I said,terrible experience.. go elsewhere or just remember I warned you. When we received our food the salsa was old, my avocado wasblack, and the old rewarmed rice was deteriorating. Also, I was hesitant about the black beans but still ate them. Big mistake?big. I was in and out the bathroom all night. Also check your bill, we got added charges on there that made no sense. I ordered the steak fajitas. The meat appeared to be boiled pot roast that was then sort of crisped around some of the edges. ... Wasn't up to their standards and certainly not mine. Our server was wonderful. Yes, we will go back, as this is the first badmeal, I'd had there. Read more

We come here very frequently as our comfort food place to go to. Service is always friendly and courteous. You are always... greeted with a smile. The menu even though uniform across the whole chain of restaurants is always appealing and tastes good.You could sit at the bar and watch one of the many sports channels that are always on. First time here..and will be our last..my friend had to send her burger back 3 times until they got it right. Waiter never came... and asked if I would like a refill on my tea. It was not busy in there at all and I can see why. He told us to come cack in aweek and he would give her a free burger..a week..come on. He should of done it when we were there. Just bad experience. Ordered the rancher. Visually it was perfect. The taste was ok. Downside it was way to greasy. So greasy that the bottom bun was... so soggy it grossed me out. If they would get that down it would of been perfect. Read more

We ordered delivery from Chilis so my review will be off solely the food. The fries I ordered the seasoning was REALLY... good...The issue however was the fries were barely warm and tasted like they were old, so that was disappointing.
