This has got to honestly the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. The last 3 times going I have had to wait for rice, chicken,... or steak. Every time I get a kids meal they are out of juice or fruit. I ordered a quesadilla and while I was ordering the rest of my food I noticed the oven with the quesadilla was beeping saying... the food is done while employees were standing around, doing nothing and chatting. I always order online here and pick up and this location it always usually good my only issue is that they NEED to have hair... nets on I found a curly hair in my bowl tonight unfortunately. I thought having hair nets was a mandatory thing apart of youruniform in the food industry as well if they have long hair to pull it back not hanging everywhere. Read more
The atmosphere is okay, but every time I place a mobile order from this place they give me the wrong order or completely mess it... up. I order a simple white rice bowl with chicken or steak, cheese and salsas, and end up getting the complete opposite of whatI mentioned. So don't use mobile order unless you want something messed up. Very inconsistent this location in my last 2 visits the rice have been rather no salt or undercook . The meat burn and the red... sauce very hot it super hot . This is the go-to Chipotle restaurant in the area no doubt. Just left and they're doing online orders only, WTF? Chipotle used to be great! You paid a little more for fresh food made to order. Currently the prices skyrocket and the... burritos are half the size. I?d rather pay a little more for an original size burrito, but not for a smaller one. Disappointed! Read more
I went yesterday 12/2/22 around 4 and it was packed! I was a little worried because of the reviews, but I can say this was the... BEST Chipotle bowl I?ve ever had. While it did take longer than the estimated pickup time, everything else was perfect. My orderwas correct, ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and the serving size was huge!
