Today is the second time that I?ve ordered the pot roast dinner with extra pot roast, paying five dollars to get the extra pot... roast. Both times, they failed to give me the pot roast that I paid for. I asked when they brought my bag if it was in there andthey said yes both times. They need more quality control to ensure that what is ordered is indeed what is delivered to a carwaiting. Food is good but I have to say service has been poor. Read more

Placed a mobile order for curb side to come and find out order was missing a large cheese curd. Called spoke to the manager and... came to a conclusion. UPDATE: manager failed to follow up on his end of the deal and received a attitude from his assistantmanager ?Ashley?. I wouldn?t recommend this Culver?s as there?s many around the area that are more in tune with theirservices.
