Today is the second time that I?ve ordered the pot roast dinner with extra pot roast, paying five dollars to get the extra pot... roast. Both times, they failed to give me the pot roast that I paid for. I asked when they brought my bag if it was in there andthey said yes both times. They need more quality control to ensure that what is ordered is indeed what is delivered to a carwaiting. Food is good but I have to say service has been poor. Read more

Placed a mobile order for curb side to come and find out order was missing a large cheese curd. Called spoke to the manager and... came to a conclusion. UPDATE: manager failed to follow up on his end of the deal and received a attitude from his assistantmanager ?Ashley?. I wouldn?t recommend this Culver?s as there?s many around the area that are more in tune with theirservices. Been to this locations a few times. Each time something has been incorrect. The order usually is, ever so slightly, complicated... since one of the burgers is gluten-free. This time I had to ask them to bring the condiments out for the gluten-free bun, afterreminding them when ordering to put the condiments into the bag. They also didn't put gravy on the mashed potatoes and gravythat I ordered, and the box of cheese curds was empty. Read more

As an employee at culvers this is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest culvers. you can tell that employees are taken... care of and treated well. They allows hoodies and sweaters under their shirts and their jackets come in on time. Congrats onbeing fair and kind! :) Read more
