Came in at 7:45PM om Friday night with my wife. Was told there would be a 30-minute wait. There were two 6-top tables that... were empty, but needed to be cleared. I am disabled; I use crutches to walk. I asked whether the restaurant was going to allowa disabled person to stand in their lobby for 30 minutes (no place to sit there), or clear one of those tables so we could eat. The hostess said those tables were not available and we would have to wait. My wife and I decided to leave. I guess Giordano'sis not interested in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or actually serving disabled people. Won't be goingback there. Read more
Restaurant is great. Customer service is great. Wait time is long bit that is EXPECTED as it is deep dish. If you are looking... for a quick bite I would not recommend. Restaurant is clean and staff does a great job ensuring needs are met. Read more
Brought the family for dinner and it was a good time. They have crayons and a coloring sheet for kids. The waitress was really... great and on point. She made sure we were really taken care of. The pizza came out pretty quick. We thought for sure we would bewaiting 45min but it came out in about 20min and it was delicious. The kids really loved it as well which means a lot, they'resuper picky (more than me). The Giordano's salad is also really good! Give it a try! Read more
Had lunch dine in. They have about 6 lunch specials for $9.95, you pick one entree and one side. I had the small pan pizza with... sausage and a side salad with an ice tea. The service was friendly and quick. The room is quiet as I like to read during lunch.The food was delicious and the correct temperature. I will definitely return. Read more

This was my first time trying this restaurant and my first time trying Chicago deep dish. I got the lunch combo. It was the... personal sausage deep dish with a side salad. It was less than $11.00, which is a good price. I called my order in and I pickedit up. It was ready when I got there and the food tasted great. The staff was also friendly. Read more

I absolutely love Giordano's!! However, our visit this time was very disappointing. Our waitress picked her nose like you... wouldn't believe!! As I sit there and watched her, I knew that she would go to wash her hands. NO!! It didn't happened. Shegrabs our drinks and proceeded to our table. I nicely educated her on the importance of not touching any body parts whileserving food and cancelled my order. Maybe some waiters should wear a mask, especially if they have a running nose.
