Twice this week I have ordered delivery. I work 5 minutes down the street and both times I got my order after 45 mins of... waiting. When the driver arrived he told me he was the only driver, was given 4 deliveries and was told to deliver mine last. Iunderstand work places are understaffed and that it was a lunch rush. But I was given no warning. I could have driven theremyself and saved plenty of time. I also wouldn't have a flat soda and soggy sandwich. I used to work for Jeff Fort this isunacceptable. Just stop ordering from this location. I've ordered 5 or so times in the last few months and they can't get orders to you in... less than 45 minutes. I've had to cancel several orders and they don't even apologize. If they can't get the orders out theyshould call people and stop taking more orders. Ever since they switched management at this location it's been absolutelyhorrendous. Never going here again. Read more
The quality was to be expected, but the accuracy is atrocious. Ordered lunch online for the kids & friends today. Only one of... the five sandwiches we ordered were correct. ONE. All the others were missing or not asked for parts. One had another's orderedpeppers. Two had items on it specifically requested to be removed. How does one mess up an online order that badly? Placed a curbside order. Let them know I?m at the store but they didn?t come out. Witnessed a delivery driver for the restaurant... looking right at my order which was sitting on the pickup shelf.
