This location is so close to home but this will be the last time I will hope the next experience is better. I ordered and paid... for breakfast for my team yesterday evening for pick up @4:15am this morning. I was assured the overnight manager would be madeaware of the order for 26 people with even a copy of my receipt left in the office. Of course when I arrived this morning no oneknew anything about my order and to be honest, I wasn?t surprised. When I asked for my refund the manager told me I have to comeback and speak to the day shift manager. What?? I sat in the drive thru until she returned with my cash. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with no bun. Literally gave it to me in a box with no utensils and no napkins.
McDonald's is NOT what it use to be. Nowadays, the food is haphazardly thrown together, the price gouging is absurd, 99.99% of... the time food is cold & you need to check your order before you leave bc 99.99% they missed a special request or an entire itemcompletely. This is a "last ditch" option if nothing else is available. Read more
They need to figure out a better mobile app system I shouldn?t have to wait 20+ minutes for a happy meal and a shake. I will... just go though the drive through as every car that was there when I arrived was long gone. This goes for every McDonald?s mobilelocation as I have yet to have a good experience. Read more
Did an app pick up. They were quick and efficient for how big our order was. Only missed one item and they had it out before we... even had to ask for it. So technically didn?t miss, just had to make 2 trips (3 bags and a drink holder worth of food.Understandable) well worth the pick up for the time crunch we are kinda on. Read more
Interesting experience today. Forgot our sprite cup so they gave us another one free. Also ordered their donuts but got their... apple fritter so they gave us 2 donuts to make up for it. My coffee has no sugar when I asked for 5. Ants all under our table sothat's gross. Inside is pretty run down, we most definitely won't be back this location anytime soon. Read more
Today is May 15th. I just left I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal and a strawberries and cream pie. I want to let corporate and... whoever runs that McDonald's on 34 know that they have an amazing team. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order nothing to dowith the employees. There was a customer ahead three cars of me that was very crazy. She was yelling at the employees banging onthe window making stuff up. And made other cars leave because she would not listen to what the employees had to say. The shiftlead or manager that was on duty handled the situation amazingly as well as the other employees that were with her. I hope thatthe general manager or whoever it is reads this and praises their employees for being amazing. I was visiting my grandchildren and the dining room was really closed. But the management allowed us to eat in. What a blessed... staff. Kudos to McDonald's Read more
