I went inside the restaurant to order. I had to wait a long time for my food, more than 20 minutes. The fries were very hard I... had to go back in and return them. the Big Mac was not cooked properly and the bottom bun on it was also hard. I won't be goingback there anytime soon. Read more

Placed order the order taker got it wrong so I corrected her then asked her if she corrected the order she said she did. Went to... the window to pay and asked her again she said yes. Paid got my order and she didn't fix the mistake and I told the gentleman atthe window about I he was really nice but he went to his manager and I explained what had happened and he absolutely refused tohelp with my order what so ever. As a General Manager myself I will never visit this store again. If that happened at my storeI would have given the customer the mess up but would have fixed the issue as well Read more

Might be the slowest drive thru ever. How long can you sit at the drive thru without being helped, and then have gotten the... wrong food more then once. If it?s my food I can manage, but when it?s the kids food that?s wrong multiple times that?s not goodand most parents can relate. Read more

Very unprofessional on the inside. I literally watched a young lady in front of her manager downgrade another young fellow and... she kept calling him a white boy. Funny thing was, he wasn't white. I wish the corporate office would take a look into who theyhired as professionals for public places like this. Went there the other day? waited 40 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then when I get to the window to get my food, they... couldn?t find my order, even though I just paid for it. Had to wait another 10 minutes Decided to give one more chance lastnight, again had to wait 30 minutes for cold fries and food. Not sure if I will go back. We live in the town that this McDonald?s is in. Almost every time we order online or go through the drive threw our order is... wrong. Today my husband waited an hour for our food, that wasn?t fresh. He got there at 11:30pm Friday 08/12 and got home at12:45am 08/13. Being busy is understandable but being overcharged for what we didn?t receive isn?t. I ordered 1 medium fry andgot charged for a medium AND a large fry. I also ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, there barely being any chocolatein it. I used to be a manager at McDonald?s and so I know how things are made. This McDonald?s is never consistent, constantlygetting orders wrong even on Uber/DoorDash. My husband said that when he went to the pickup window whoever was working wasslurring their words and not looking all there/okay, basically looking like he?s taken something. We?ve ordered from here somany times to give chances and the convenience but are officially not going back. Read more
