I am a MacDonalds Diet Coke fan. I buy them 5-6 days per week. I use the App to get the deal. This location has a problem. ... They never seem to find my mobile order and can't help me identify the problem either. When I ask they always reply, "I don'tknow." The last two days they have no order from me, no answer, and no help. I never have a problem with other locations. Iam done with this location. They are rude and not helpful. Other locations in town are very friendly and helpful. I highlyrecommend them. Sorry, just want to say Stay Away. Read more
Me and my mom came here to try and eat and talk and all three doors were locked to get in and the employee who was a guy btw... laughed at us instead of opening the door and they never opened the door for us even after my mom talked to the ?manager andthey said the would ?talk to him about it later? but we know he won?t get in trouble Read more
You know how there's always another McDonald's nearby? There's always the good one and the bad one right? Well this is the... bad one. Don't go here, go to the good McDonald's. We ordered and it took 3 times to get the order correct. 1 time they gave us someone else's order. After 3 attempts they got the... sandwiches correct they had to replace our fries because the became cold and hard. They failed to give us our drink. Newly renovated in the Montgomery/Oswego area, it is kept clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they... even take your order to your table if you are dining in. The drive thru is fast enough and they almost never make mistakes.There are seats for any type of comfort you are looking for, also handicap friendly for those using a wheelchair. The restroomsare clean mostly. The only thing missing is a playground for kids, my son would live that. Read more
Drive thru experience: i asked for a #2 with a large root beer no ice .. guy taking order: " no pop!" Im like: ?? Excuse me?... "No pop" oh, you dont have any sodas? "Yes, no pop" ... What do you have? -mentions all frozen drinks- ok let me have a mcflurryinstead of the root beer... Pull up to pay: "it'll be $3.49".... are you sure? I ORDERED A #2 WITH THE MCFLURRY, "Yeah, noproblem" hes having a big convo with his coworkers ( 4 of them in the room) ... Im like ok....get to the window to pick upfood....
