Found hair in my food & asked for a refund. The cashier was extremely rude and asked my provide the hair in order to get my... refund, as if I was lying. The food was yummy. I was disappointed by the cashier's attitude. She was extremely unfriendly. She let us buy medium size cups... & didn't let me know there were no lids. When I brought it to her attention, I couldn't find one. She advised me that's becausethey were out & went back to what she was doing like it didn't matter. I stopped in today on 9/23/22 around 7:30pm and ordered the orange chicken and chow mein, and I just have to have to say that it... was THE BEST I've had at any Panda location. Who ever made the food at this location around that time, they know what they'redoing!! This place has really gone down hill. This location use to be my favorite for years. I hadn?t been there in quite some time and... decided to go tonight and it was awful. The service was very slow. And some of the cooks who were about high school age we?rejust standing around eyeballing a girl that was waiting for her food. Very unprofessional. One of them was standing there eatingsomething with his fingers and then started cooking right away without washing his hands. After finally getting my food noodleshad an awful burnt flavor and my rice was mushy and completely over cooked. You can even see in the picture the big burnt partthat came from the rice. And then to top it off I found a hair too which is also included in the picture. I just couldn?tbelieve it was one bad thing after another. The quality has gone completely down here and I will never return to this location.It went from being the best in the area to the worst. Just ordered 3 large chow meins and they were clearly made all wrong. They were burnt and devoid of flavor. The noodles just... taste like gas and charred cabbage. This is my kids favorite thing to get from any restaurant and they both spit it out andrefused to eat it. Tried to call but there was no one available. Read more
