This was my first time trying their chef's spicy chicken sandwich. It was soooooo TASTELESS. What a waste of $13.46. I could... have gotten 3 Popeyes chicken sandwiches or 4 Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwiches for the money. I really hate that I wasted mymoney and my lunch on this sandwich. Sorry to inconvenient your chit chat with your coworker. I just wanted to place an order for breakfast. Manager then turned... around to make faces like I was not standing right there! Excuse me all I wanted was to give you my business. I ordered a soup.Which I got up and made them aware?and once again! Facial expressions away from me like I wasn?t standing there. Breaking inbread with bare hands no gloves after ringing people up at the register. I was two seconds from demanding my money back and walkaway. Do not recommend this place around noon. Went to get a chipotle sandwich extra sauce & extra pepper. They didn?t add pepper at all or extra sauce , then my bagels were... asked to be sliced in half & they didn?t , I got a whole bagel so I went to work with a bagel unsliced , and my soufflé wassmashed bc they didn?t box it up , they put it on the bag and my stuff on top .. last time I went in to eat it was great butcurbside this is the second time it happens Read more
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Just left Oswego Panera @Douglas. Ordered soup for a group, 2 addl soup bowls. No utensils or napkins. No... ladle for large soup. Had to stop and buy before sharing. Chicken soup bowl was watery with very little noodles and chicken. Themanager never even offered me a credit of any kind. Shake on you Panera for not honoring your customers. Read more
Food tasted great. My soup was lukewarm at best. They replaced it with no questions asked. Much better, but still not hot like... I like it. My wife explained that they can't serve it that hot and have a risk of people getting burned. I am probably too pickyhere. Sigh... she loved her soup very much. They were out of homus for the vegetarian options. I ordered it and they charged me regular price. Door needs cleaning
