I get the same thing every time I go and for some reason this day I paid attention to my sandwich. BLT no avocado on bigs... multigrain add peppers and mayo. Open it up and there was two strips of bacon with all these toppings on this mini loaf. Verydisappointing that this would be handed to a customer especially me at the whopping price of $12. Today I tried to order through Uber eats spent a good twenty minutes ordering , then after 15 minutes after the order was... placed, potbelly decided to cancel my order. Doing this one time would make me upset but I?d get over it. This is now the secondtime that they have canceled my order well after I ordered from them. If you?re not going to accept orders from Uber, then leavethe app. This experience has officially cut me off from this particular shop. Will never step foot ever again. Such a shame. Read more
Staff is always so kind, I have a complicated order and so occasionally a mistake will be made but they always over accommodate... me for the inconvenience. They seem to work hard to get sandwhiches out as quickly as possible to customers and deal withKaren?s very well! The employees have lots of patience, even when you can tell the customer is just looking for someone to yellat or free stuff, very impressed. Read more
Friendly and accommodating staff, if there is a mistake made, they are very good at making it right. Not impressed. We both ordered the "big" size $2.00 more per sandwich and yall call these big? I wonder what the regular... sandwich looks like, yikes! My fiance was more upset with his because it barely had any mozzarella on it and it was theirmozzarella sandwich. My turkey was okay, but the bread was super hard to eat. Maybe was cooked too long? Overall, we never eatat Potbelly's and now most definitely wont order again. Read more
