The food is good but the service needs some improvement. It took over 10 min for the server to even come by. We put in our... drinks and app and came back right after they were delivered to get entrees. Different people dropped off drinks and apps, butno one attempted to clean off dirty glasses or plates, even though multiple people walked by our booth. We had app, smallplates, 4 glasses and 2 entrees on a 2 top. It was very crowded. 08/28/2022 - the service was much better last night. Theyprovided drinks and food quickly. The servers were friendly and helped me figure out their app. The food was good. They won't put mozzarella cheese on a burger... anymore so I had to use Swiss. The fries were plentiful and hot but not very crispy (they are those big ones so maybe they arenot supposed to be). Read more

Red robin is one of a couple places that I would rate everything a 5. Whenever I go, I have an extremely nice, attentive, ... knowledgeable wait staff. They make smart recommendations and don't try to sell everything on the menu. They also don't forgetabout you, when you don't buy alcoholic drinks. Read more

The food was wonderful and the service was great. Our server checked on us many times and kept our drinks refilled. The food... tasted awesome and the graphic fries, well I am so glad they are bottomless because they were addicting. I also love that theyhad the tablets to keep the kids entertained. Decent experience. A couple problems, but I get it, we had a good amount of people in our party. Good burger except the fact I... did get a well done burger when I asked for some pink, but that's not that big of a deal. It's a decent burger and you getendless fries. Food was decent. Service was alright; the other server in our section was way more attentive to his tables than ours was. Mixed... drinks (both adult and regular) tasted like pure syrup (not good).
