My friend had a bday party for his kid right across the street and Rosatis never delivered their pizza.
Had our sons birthday party at Altitude. Rosatis never delivered our pizza. So we sent 18 people home hungry at 8pm.
Pizza is always good. Tonight (09/30/2022) it took an hour and a half for delivery when we were told under an hour initially. We... called for an update and all they said was, she will be on her way. No apologies or explanation. Not good customer service in myopinion. I asked the delivery lady that brought the pizza what happened. She was apologetic and so very friendly. Have walked in half hour before close twice for take out sandwich and a salad...got turned away. 8 20 on Thursday. Wont be ... suprised if they close soon. Read more
Food is great. Though the girl who answered the phone has no idea what she's doing. Ruined our experience.
We have always gotten our Italian beefs from Rosatis. They were always my favorite. But the last few times we have ordered them... I have been terribly disappointed. The bread is stale, the meat is plain and not seasoned as well as it used to be. Today weordered mozzarella sticks and they were like rubber. I live a few blocks away from the restaurant and despite them saying 45 minfor delivery it was well over an hour. I understand there are staff shortages, but at least send out quality food if it's goingto be late. Read more
By far the best pizza joint in town, this is what i call authentic Chicago pizza. Staff is very helpful and informative when... placing catering orders and are very friendly each time i go in there to pick up my food, not to mention the cooks are alwaysconsistent with the delicious food they make, i have also ordered for delivery and the drivers go above and beyond. Make sureyou ask for specials! Every time i order there is always a special so you get a great price for what you order, even freedelivery sometimes!
