For the last few months this store has been extremely slow, but I understand the the shortage of workers and that store can get... very busy. I have finally had enough tonight. Not only did I order at 4:45pm and walked out at 5:15 with my two drinks, I alsocomplained that my chai latte was Luke warm. I ordered a chai latte the day before the exact same and it was hot. I was not ableto hold the cup without the sleeve. When I mentioned this, I was told that it was the cold foam that I was tasting to make thedrink like warm. This is just poor business. I've never received such awful customer service. I've been an every day Starbucks customer for years. I order, and have been... ordering, a Grande Nitro, in a venti cup, with extra sweet cream. I'm willing to pay for the sweet cream. I'm not asking morethan the grande amount of Nitro (I know they cannot serve more than that). I've ordered this since Nitro came into all of thestores, maybe 4 or 5 years now? I've only had a problem at this store (moved here from another area last year). They stateover and over that they cannot put it in a Venti Cup. They have told me that there store manager stated they cannot do thisanymore and even at one point, told me that their district manager stated that they cannot do this. But why is it only thisstore where it is an issue? At one point, they told my husband that I can have the drink and that it was an issue with the oldstore manager, but he is no longer at the store. So for a period of time, I was able to order the drink. That is untilyesterday when again, they stated they are not allowed to put the drink in a venti cup. It's just unbelievable. I went toanother store down the way, and they served me the drink no problem (like every other Starbucks I have been to the last I don'tknow how many years). I thought Starbucks is all about customer service? I've already made a phone complaint to theircorporate team about this. It seems crazy that a store like Starbucks is turning away a customer that is paying sometimesalmost $8 for a drink in an economic downturn. It's so disappointing. Read more

Yes, you pay a bit more for Starbucks, but it's a very consistent product, unlike the cheaper places, quality is a huge question... mark. Read more

Honestly, they make good drinks but holy? I?ve never been to a Starbucks that takes this long. I?ve been waiting in line for 20... minutes and STILL haven?t even gotten to the speaker. And I placed a mobile order for more convenience but by the time Iactually get my coffee it?ll probably be not only another 10 minute wait but it?ll just be watery too. I know a lot of placeshave had staffing issues but I don?t think that?s their problem here. Everytime I come in I?m actually surprised with how manypeople they have working. And they?re always making drinks almost all of them together. So what Is going on that takes them 300years Read more

Very disappointed! Ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso with vanilla cold foam. Cold foam is very watered down, not... thick or sweet, the staff were standing around chit chatting, normally Starbucks staff call out the name once drinks are donebut I didn't even know my drink was ready and they didn't even place it under the right alphabetical area, even with me standingthere the whole time. No customer service at all and I've been to a lot of Starbucks everywhere. Read more

This place is a mess lately. Scanner at drive-thru broken. Both espresso machines broken today so no espresso drinks. Drinks are... never consistent. Wish there was another one closer as this location is very disappointing Read more

Very disappointed with them, I placed a mobile order and it took them over 30mins to get it ready. There was about 10 other... people who got their orders before I received mine, asked about mobile orders and was told be done soon 3 times. The last timewas given attitude for asking but with 3 waves of people who have come and received their orders even ones that were similar tomy own drinks I was pretty upset.I hate to say but it felt racially motivated since everyone else was Caucasian and I was not.
