Tried charging me more and then lied to me saying flatbread costs extra and that it?s always been like that as he?s been working... for subway for over 2 years. Confused me since subway was my first job and I know all breads cost the same. His coworker wasconfused by this aswell. Made them adjust my total to reflect the price shown on the menu. No point in asking for his name asI?m sure he?d have lied about that too. Side note: This subway also doesn?t recognize any inapp coupons . This was the first time I went to this location. We got two foot long subs to go. The food was fresh, the staff was very... friendly and the store was very clean. The only thing I noticed is that my subs were not toasted long enough, that is an easyfix. I will eat here again. Read more

Subway is subway. The sandwiches could be better quality wise but I go to this subway location because it is clean, the staff is... always friendly and dressed in clean clothes and the food seems fresher at this location. Unlike the store on 47 in Yorkvillethat is the total opposite of this location in every way. Read more

Ordered my lunch for delivery, through the Subway application. Waited 45 mins and called the store that it was sent to, at 2291... Orchard Rd. Was told by the manager that my food was still sitting at the restaurant and that I needed to call Door Dash,because they use them for delivery. I told him that I put the request in through the Subwsy app and that it's not myresponsibility to call a vendor that Subway has contracted with. If I wanted to deal with Door Dash, I would have put that orderin through the Door Dash app, NOT the Subway app. Find another delivery service if the one your organization uses isn'teffective or reliable. It's not your customers responsibility to track down an order through your contractor vendor. Read more

My wife and I went through the drive-thru for the first time ever yesterday and it will be the last. I don't see how you can... make those kind of sandwiches through an intercom anyway. There's way too many ingredients that can be confused. But thislocation is in big trouble with incompetent people/kids running it. I asked for double meat on my Phillie steak sandwich andwhen I got home there was hardly any meat on it at all. I'm sure they charged us for it too. What a joke Subway drive-thrus are.If you want the sandwich to be right go inside, watch them make it.. don't be lazy. Read more
