I ordered a pizza cheese breadsticks and wing. Pizza was made wrong cheese sticks were under cooked. When I called to get it... refunded Becky the manager said she will only refund pizza and cheese sticks but not wings. That's 27.84 I paid for a worthlessorder because nothing was right. Read more

Worse customer service Ever! They mess up your order most of the time and then when I call and complain I was hung up on 2... times! I went there to get the items that I paid for and the manager name phone number and the 2 workers inside refused to cometo the window and give me the item I ordered! Instead 1 was on their cell phone and they both just stared at me. Left without myitem and next time I will drive to another town to get Pizza Hut! They are rude, unprofessional and apparently never heard ofhow the customer is always right and how to make it right. Most days our pizza is burnt toppings and or under cooked. Read more
The staff was amazing. Very attentive. The food was excellent and made just how I asked. Sometimes, when I order extra cheese,... they always seem to forget it, even when I write a message reminding them. I'm referring to the store from my home town(Houston).
