Ordered off the app was given a 45 minute estimate. Showed up to the store an hour later and was told my food was second in line... to be put in the ovens. Told the guy working that I was going out to see what my roommate wanted to do. As I walked out he saidcancel order *** which was my order. Walked back in to confirm and worker was rude beyond belief. Asked for manager or franchiseowner. Was brushed off. Manager continued to escalate and cause severe issues. Will never return to this dominos. Also numeroushealth issues. People touching their faces then touching food with no visible gloves. Read more
They always deliver our food hot and honestly,, I can't remember the last time they messed up an order of mine!! The delivery... drivers have always been nice and courteous! My son's fav pizza place???? Good job Oswego Domino's???????????? Read more
Ordered lunch there today and it was horrible. Now the pasta dishes come with no lids and thrown in a box. And the pasta dishes... had maybe 12 noodles in it. Spent $42, won't be going there again for a while. Read more
Order dominos for lunch today. A medium pepperoni. Got my food took it inside and opened the box was a LG cheese. No big deal,... I'll eat the cheese. I know they are not allowed to take the pizza back. That's not what bothered me... So, I called the storeand was put on hold... again not a big deal I can wait... What bothered me was I told the lady on the phone that I had just gotthe wrong pizza and all she had to say was "oh". Didn't take me name, number, where it was going.. didn't offer to remake mypizza and have it sent out didn't offer me a credit for next time... nothing. It was very unprofessional... Our family dessert is completely gross. Undercooked and not healthy to even attempt to eat. You should be ashamed of yourself... for delivering this to families. We tried calling and asking for a manager and of course we get hung up on. Waste of money Read more
The online ordering is pretty awesome once you figure it out. Its not very hard to figure out and you get points towards free... rewards. If your pizza is late they give you a coupon for a free one. I order here a lot. They are open late and prettyreliable. Food is always hot and fresh. I love the cheesy bread stuffed with feta and spinach. The deep dish pizzas are so good.Definitely one of the best places to order in this city. 100/10 stars! Read more
