First time I went I did the drive thru and it was good. Second time I went in and I'll never be back. The restroom was beyond... disgusting. Truck stops are cleaner. The "lady" behind the counter couldn't articulate her words. I thought I was speaking tothe teacher on Charlie Brown. Rude A.F. Then I asked for butter for a biscuit and it was like I was summoning the devil. Manager: "we don't do butter because they're already buttered when they come out of the oven." Um, okay. Yet, they're dry andyou have jam???? Lots of chicken places to choose from...that have better chicken and nicer people. Read more
people were really friendly. Food was good. Restaurant well maintained. Really fun clean place to work at. Management was great.... They train well and aren't so rude to their employees. Had a 3 piece dinner the other day with a small container of mash. Someone complained before that there wasn't much in their... container, and it's true. Potatoes didn't taste like they once did, but I must say, while the original chicken was much crispierthan I expected, it was hot, fresh tasting, and really good. I didn't care for the biscuit, but expected it to taste more liketheir competition down the street. That was my fault, as they are 2 completely different types of chicken. I think that's wherepeople go wrong in comparing the 2. It was more expensive than I expected, but still, the meal was very edible! The Dr. Pepper,didn't taste like it should have...could be the mixing needs adjustment. When I want spicy, that would be my go-to. Thanks forcoming to Oswego! Read more
Now that things have slowed down from the rush, I recieved my food pretty quickly. The staff are nice people and they had to go... through a lot since they opened. The food is really tasty too. They don't have a divining mobile ordering section yet, butthey're doing their best. Read more
When we got to the window she asked what I ordered, and I told her, gave her my card to pay and she charged me for the wrong... order after I just told her what I had. They they asked for my order again, and the manager asks me if I placed my order at thespeaker. Of course I did. Was asked to pull up and waited 10 minutes before my husband went in to check on the food, he wasignored. Lady brought it out, missing my drinks. I got the heck out of there. Gonna wait a couple weeks and go back and if it'sstill horrible service then I'll go elsewhere. Plz be better, I love Popeyes. Food was good!! Read more

We were just passing through and the kids wanted to stop and try it. We have never had Popeyes. 2 had spices chicken sandwiches... which they loved...1 reg. Chicken which was good and a blackened chicken sandwich which was also very good. We all loved thefries. The place was clean and the young lady who took our order was very nice. Read more
