Servers w/lousy attitudes. Refused to honor online coupon. Says they do curbside if you call but they won't answer phone.... Multiple mistakes with food capped a terrible experience. Complaints fall on deaf, don't care ears. It gets worse every time wevisit. We're done giving them chances. Read more
This place did the job. I had spent the previous 6 hours or so in the car with my family and after checking in to the hotel, we... decided that this restaurant was of walkable distance and of reasonable quality and price. Though it was not the most elegantrestaurant in the area, it checked all the required boxes: the food was good, reasonably priced, and we didn't have to waitlong. The building has seen better days but there was plenty of parking though that didn't matter to us since it was literallyright next door to our hotel. It was moderately busy for 6pm on a Saturday but we were seated quickly and a server was therealmost immediately to take our drink order. The margaritas were a bit too sweet but the food was good. Given the staffingshortages everywhere, I would say that the service here was very good. I think I would definitely come back. Read more
We hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in some time (the one in our area had closed) and were excited for the salad bar. Not something... you hear very often, right? So we wanted to do our usual - a small entree with the salad bar. We didn't realize they changedthings around with the pricing. You can add the salad bar but you can't replace a side anymore to save a couple extra bucks. Iwas fine with that. I really just didn't want the second side since I thought it would go to waste. We ended up getting just thesalad bar because that's really what we wanted anyways. I guess the waitress, and who I assume was the manager, thought we weretrying to be cheap because we overheard them talking about us. No... We just didn't know about the changes and didn't want towaste food. I hope you get your way and that salad bar goes. You'll just be an Applebee's at that point and we've got one ofthose here. AMAZING all across the board. A local favorite for good reason. Right on the water you can expect nothing than a breathtaking... view of Lake Ontario. ???????????????????? Even if it seems like a long line have no worries ???????? my friend as it movesquickly (fish and chips)???????? Nice selection of seafood, sauces, & sides. They give you a pager then you are free to select apicnic table (at least 60+ tables)right on the water or across the street under giant shade trees ????. But you have got tocheck out the stone beach ?? and skip a rock or 2 it's tradition. Fun visit w/wo kids something for everyone. Truly one ofthose rare finds that is for my new GOTO when in the area. Service was a little slow despite the restaurant being at half capacity. The food was decent which the exception of my burger... which was burnt and dry. The waitress was pleasant and the establishment was clean and all guest were well over 6 feet forsocial distancing. Read more
