If I could give no stars I would, I was at this subway location in Oswego at Walmart and this guy robbie or something was giving... hella attitude. My sister literally ordered cinnamon pretzels and this man Robbie basically put a dash of that cinnamon stuff onit and was giving not only me and my sister attitude but other customers. Like, how you gonna get mad you have customers at aplace with a hundred people in it (cause it?s in Walmart). Do your job dude, he took like 30 minutes to make the guys before ussubs too. Probably like 45 minutes we were waiting too when we were just waiting for our order to be taken at the counter. Read more
So I waited a long time before I was served along with the fact that I had ordered myself and my sister a cinnamon pretzel and... there was the tiniest bit of cinnamon on it and ripping apart the pretzel just made the small bit of cinnamon fall of likenothing stuck to it and to top it off the guy who served us Robert his name was giving us nothing but attitude like I know foodservice sucks but giving customers attitude when all they did was go there for food is just disrespectful and not good forbusiness!! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub today. Got a piece of bone in it. I emailed subway customer service but was told since the... chicken is boneless it must be a piece of grizzle. I'll let you decide from the picture. 2 stars because the rest of the sub waspretty good. Read more
Just went here today and the one girl working was sitting in the back room engrossed in texting on her phone. I stood there... looking at her waiting for her to notice me, and when she finally did she looked back down and finished the text on her phonebefore starting to get up. I let her start to get up and come out and then left. Read more
