They messed up are order. We sub out chicken in place of beef, we took are order home to find beef, after paying for the... upgrade. So had to eat meal not together as a family. Terrible Experience. First they put me on hold when I was the only person in the drive thru. Then a man yelled at me because I... wasn't ordering fast enough. I received my order without napkins as usual. My diet Pepsi was not diet and I made a point to makesure she got diet. I ordered jalapenos on 2 items. I saw the screen add them and repeated back to me. So I paid extra and didn'treceive it. Its like they were upset that I arrived and then they threw the food together I'm 2 seconds looked like a mess andwas rude to me at the window. I don't understand who is doing the hiring. But the manager was the one that came to the windowand he was super rude and basically threw my food at me. Also why does any restaurant especially with sloppy hand foods think wedon't need napkins? Everytime? It's like why is the most simplest of tasks so difficult for these people. I've had badexperiences before but all would be understandable except the fact that I feel like a bother to them to order there products.Like sorry I ruined your day by making a small order at 7:30pm on a Thursday. UPDATED REVIEW June 28, 2022 Not sure what it is with this location but once again they forgot part of my order, but I took... everything out of the bag to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. And some how they forgot two beefy burritos. Wentinside and got my burritos and a coupon for a free taco on my next visit. Forgot almost $10 worth of my order and you want tomake it up with a free taco, seriously!!! UPDATED REVIEW Feb 3, 2022 Contacted the franchise owner on 1-24-22 and have notreceived any further information from them. I guess making things right is not that important. Multiple times I have order for my child with a severe dairy allergy and made them fully aware and everytime they have placed... dairy products on my food. This is absolutely ridiculous when I have made it very clear everytime I order that it is food for achild with a dairy allergy and they must be ignoring that factor. I order the same items everytime. I have even reordered thefood and payed again and still have it messed up. This is ridiculous. Read more
