Absolutely horrible service! I tried calling to speak to a manager but the number is disconnected. I tried going through... driveway and the girl on the speaker was rude! I asked for a minute and she hounded me till I drove away. At one point shetold to to hurry up and order already! There was no one behind me. So I went inside to speak to a manager but they said therearen?t any in nights and to call. However you can?t call- the number doesn?t work. And the food was awful! They're trash. They never have chili if you order after 9PM, they forget an item every time you get it delivered (at any time),... it's always cold, and they just couldn't be more bad at their jobs. Read more

I went through the drive thru tonight and the young lady taking the orders and at the register was very snotty and rude. The... fries tasted like they sat all day. They were clumped together and weren't that warm. I ordered a number one medium and a number9 medium and it was $24. FOR NASTY FOOD. Read more

Where to begin? This location is frequently "cash only". But you can't call them to find out if they are accepting cards that... day because the phone number listed on Google and the corporate website is not in service and there are no alternate numberslisted anywhere. If you order through the app you can use your card, but you risk paying for items they no longer carry eventhough it's still on the menu at every other Wendy's, or just out of stock. Not sure if they have the ability to update the appto reflect their lack of inventory but if so, they don't do it. If you order something through the app and they don't have it,they will not issue a refund. They will try to get you to accept something you didn't order in exchange for the item you wanted,but if you would rather have your money back than accept food you will not eat, you are SOL. You have the ability to change yourorder until they process it, but they will process the order before telling you that they are out of things and leave youstuck. They have decided to discontinue the Big Bacon Cheddar sandwiches here, so don't order those in the app if you want thecheddar bun. If you get any extra add ons to your meal, check and make sure they actually added it before you leave, becausechances are they did not. I would imagine the same carelessness extends to requests to remove certain ingredients as well. Theonly consistency here is the fries. They are always cold and stale. Read more

Had a order through Wendy's app. Took for ever to get our order. Looked like they may have been short staffed. The girl was not... happy this night for sure. She was miserable and not helpful. Worst experience at this Wendy's. Food was cold . Never had coldfood from here ever. Read more

I dropped this down to two stars from 4 stars (two years ago). Recently in the past few months my husband has had not so great... experiences for ordering for our family, and I myself as a personal shopper- shopping for my customers have had sub-parexperience at the Oswego NY location. More times than not we have not gotten all what we ordered accurately, and dine inrecently says "cash only"... what?? That's terribly inconvenient for families in 2022. I normally go through the drive throughfor my customers and several times have not gotten receipts. The most recent time, I went into the store after going through thedrive through, and asked for a receipt print out, to which the reply was that they don't have receipt paper. Get it togetherOswego Wendy's. Please. I went to another location an hour away in Auburn, NY and had a 5 star plus experience, so I know it canbe done. This is on management to make sure credit cards can be used in the dining area and receipts can be printed foreveryone. So we can leave honest feedback on surveys, etc. Read more

I would have never in my life written a review for a fast-food chain before this but now it has to be done. The first straw was... being handed baconator fries that were cold with unmelted shredded cheese and no bacon. I went back to the window and told herthere was no bacon, to which she snatched it from me, put bacon on it, and then threw it back into my car and slammed the door.Second and last straw was ordering baconator fries again and spending my night with food poisoning.
