Food is always cold. The last 4 times I've been there they messed up my order and substituted a different wrap without telling... me. If they're out of something that's fine but don't change the order without telling the customer first... zero stars if icould since they were rude about messing up 4 orders in a row and just said "it happens" Read more

Worst service I had seen in a long time. When you ask an employee if they take a coupon and they say yes. Then the owner said... that the subs are to much after they are made and they can't take THAT coupon is not a good business. We could have gave her adifferent coupon from the mailing ad but it was on the same mail. She only doesn't except the buy on get one free. The lady inotisville with red hair has a big problem. I am surprised she even has any employees that want to work that kind problem. How doyou get a ad in the mail but have someone tell you that you can't use only one of the ten coupons that they sent. Stay away fromotisville subway. Just to let the red haired lady know when coupons are sent out in the mail you don't get to pick and choosewhich ones you want to use. You are bad for business and I will NEVER stop at that place again. Read more

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. After working all day long wanting to bring food home for my children, which the... owner was well aware of as she opened the door for me and over heard my husband and me talking about our long day of work weended up walking out with out our meal. We asked the employee working if they accepted a buy one get one free coupon as towhich he said yes, so we continued to ordered 2 of the best subs to enjoy with our family. Once we get to the counter the redhaired probably owner says oh I dont accept this coupon for such an expensive sub.... So we walked out. Both my husband and Iwork with in the food industry, I would never deal with a guest in that manner just because of a coupon that they received inthe mail. Customers come first lady. I hope you enjoy our delicious subs. Thank to Clio subway we could feed our children. Theyaccepted the coupon with no questionand the food is fantastic. Read more
