This course is in the worst shape I have ever seen it in. The fact that they charge $65 per round here is psychotic. I would be... disappointed if I played here and paid 50 bucks. The course itself has beautiful views. It has the potential of a $65 dollarcourse, but the quality of the course is kept at the level of a $30 dollar course. ALL of the greens have marks and bumps thataffect your putts. People don't fix Pitch marks, and there are marks from the mowers in a lot of the greens. Basically everyputt you have will require you to walk the line and fix spots in your way. The fairways/ holes have bare spots where there isno grass growing. We have had to make free drop rules on leagues to avoid dirt spots. The bunkers here are an absolute joke.When you play here, make a free drop rule out of the bunkers unless you want to buy a new wedge. I carry a old wedge in my bagfor leagues just in case I go in one. I call them a rock quarry. Not pebbles. Rocks, lots of them. Again, not to sound tooharsh but this course has serious potential, but it plays like a poorly maintained course. I will likely not return after thisseason. Read more
Great course but the golf carts are pathetic. The carts died, failed and made a fun day of golfing frustrating even though we... won the tournament among friends. Amazing views. Fairways in great condition. Greens fast and variegated. I'd liken it to Treetops in Gaylord for a ¹/³ of... the price. Oh and computers on each cart that give you the map and GPS distance to the hole. Not expected from a $50 course. Nice! Read more
The lynx is awesome. The course was in amazing shape this year. We had our outing here for what has to be the 9th or 10th time.... The staff is awesome and super accommodating. Read more
Not a real fan of the place, but not because of the course. Never have I seen a place seem so disorganized, but I do feel bad... for the employees. Seems like the owner or ?manager? Jim likes to take his anger out on the kitchen staff and whoever worksoutside. Doesn?t seem like the type of person I?d wanna work for or give any business to. My niece had her wedding reception there and it was great. The course is absolutely gorgeous (going back with clubs next time)... and the owner gave my wife a spacious place to breastfeed our newborn which he didn't have to do, but was awesome he did.Definitely will be back to play on this course. Beautiful course some great views - photo is tee off from Hole 10, great rates played 18 holes as group of 3 in under 4 hrs... which was nice. I was surprised how wet some spots of the course were and wish people fixed their ball marks better that's notfault of the course though that would be my only complaint. We will be back. Read more
