Great burger. Great bartender. The bear delivery system in your face is odd and maybe a pita. But will go back for sure.
First time visiting. Not family friendly. They only have 3 high chairs & all 3 safety belts were broken. They refused to turn... tables to accomodate 8 adults & 1 infant so our only option was a high top. They stacked 2 high chairs with broken belts so Iheld baby instead. Waitress was flaky & forgot our drinks several times. Food was ok but not worth the cost. Sadly, we probablywon't be visiting again. Read more
First time at Maude's and the last. My daughter ordered chili cheese tots and the beer cheese was grainy. They did remake my... daughter's meal and put the shredded cheese on it. Our burgers were very dry and the flavor wasn't that great. Kitchen staff andthe waitress were arguing. Just wasn't a pleasant experience and very over priced for the quality of the food. Read more
Our wait staff couldn't have worked harder! The food was great too. They make their own deep fried mushrooms. Not those little... frozen things. And did you know about their corned beef? They make that too and they pile it on the Rueben sandwich. You reallyshould eat here! Read more
All for supporting local restaurants with good reviews, But Maudes did not live up to even lowest expectations. Waitress seemed... to be very distant, incredibly mean to the cooks and made our dinner a very awkward experience. We were not aloud to cancel ourorder after being told ?sorry, your order is up? ? 20 minutes later.. we received these burgers. I hope things get sorted out,just the raw truth. Read more

The experience was like being downtown East grand Rapids as far as the food, drink, and service. The atmosphere was a gentle mix... of class and modern which was very appealing. The food we had was very unique and tasty and very resonably priced. I canunderstand the attraction of this special place. Support to keep it good please. Let's keep gems like this around. Read more
We moved to the west side of Otsego two years ago and Maude's is our go-to! The atmosphere is perfect, food is excellent, beer... is spot on and Sierra our server was great despite being very busy; she took great care of us! It was a busy evening for all thestaff, they're all working very hard, we always enjoy this gem! Read more
