Came here last Sunday (10/2) and was shocked at the service my friend and I had received. There were 3 young workers, no older... than 16 with no manager in sight. It took one employee nearly 25 minutes to make our orders. The other two employees (one maleand one female) that were there upon us walking in disappeared & came back 15 minutes later saying something along the lines of,?oh people are here?, after they were peeking around the corner. The people behind us were then cared for by the male employee(1 out of 2) who had to constantly repeat their order to him. Eventually, the other employee (female) checked us out and theoriginal employee who had helped us out disappeared to the back. I came here with some friends tonight (Friday). Walked in and waited at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even... though 2 people were standing out front not doing anything. Service was terrible, and employees were extremely rude. All of ourice creams were a size bigger than we ordered. They were all melty and none of the toppings were chopped up. Ice cream wasextremely overpriced and definitely not worth it. McDonald?s is better than this. Items in the display were messy and did notlook appetizing. Ordered a custom birthday cake few days ago. Got a message literally the night before it was ready to be picked up saying they... couldn't complete my order.
