This was first time eating at Pour post pandemic. The Blue Cheese Souffle has always been the go to appetizer so was super... excited to have it again after 2 years! Normally it has a nice toasted top and thick creamy consistency. It was barelytoasted and runny with odd chunks of bacon(?) and green onion and was lacking the blue cheese flavor. The flavors were way off! I hope it was just a bad night and not the new norm. I would have said something to the owners but I didn't see them and itappeared that they were understaffed so decided to let it go. Very cozy atmosphere. Attentive staff. Phenomenal food!! Would recommend them hands down!
The food was good not great, $25.00 pasta dishes should have some of the "meat" that the dish is named for. My burger and Fries... was good, my wife had a lobster pasta dish. Very small portion of the lobster, about a 1/3 of what you would expect. She alsohad the Truffle pasta dish last time, and again very very little truffle. This is also too expensive of a restaurant to servepasta on a cold plate, they should have known better. Did that both times as well. We really like the atmosphere, and theservice was pretty good (not great) so we like to support our local business's, but its too much money for what you receive. Read more

4-10-2021 a Saturday afternoon. What a great choice we made. My wife order the salmon with toast. I ordered the steak... bites. Over the years I have ordered many steak bites at many different restaurants. And, l have to say, these were by far theBEST I have ever had!! Awesome food, great service, Ashley was fun and delightful, steered us to apps that were fantastic! The owner remembers us, when... I proposed to my wife in the back of the restaurant and the staff cheered as she said yes. Great people, great food, and theirprices are amazing.
