This Starbucks is inside Target in Otsego. The baristas are always friendly and get my order correct every time. They always... have a great selection of bakery goods and they tasted wonderful. Was one of the first people in line, got 2 out of my 3 drinks and then had to wait for 7-8 other customers to get their orders... (everyone that was in line after me, I waited roughly 15 mins) for me to get my 3rd drink. Messed up on 2 of the 3 drinks, theytasted nothing like what we always order. Plus there was 2 workers and only one was making drinks. Read more

Ok don't get me started... THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! I mean the staff are nice but I was in line for 10 minutes with 2 people in... front of me. When I got my order she took another 2 minutes to clean up the coffee machine, then she asked for my money to pay.I waited 5 minutes for my drink( with 3 staff working).
