Yet another Ottawa fast food restaurant on my personal blacklist. The burgers were dry and tasteless, the fries overcooked. They... had no diet soda at all, but of course they didn't tell me that before selling me a soft drink. The kids running the place wereminimally polite, but ultimately just going through the motions, in my opinion. Read more
It's a burger king. The food tastes exactly as I expected it to. I had received the wrong sandwich, not really a problem as it... was replaced in good time. My only complaint is the aggressive and and downright mean manager who felt the need to berate theline cook and drive thru attendant. At one point even throwing something away and when the garbage can was missed, deemed itnecessary to demand her worker pick it up and place it in the trash can. Honestly disgusting to watch. I feel as a customer I should not have to listen to staff swearing at other employees at the Ottawa, Illinois location. Should... not have to wait over 20 minutes for a few sandwiches and drinks and drinks were not what we ordered.
