Yet another Ottawa fast food restaurant on my personal blacklist. The burgers were dry and tasteless, the fries overcooked. They... had no diet soda at all, but of course they didn't tell me that before selling me a soft drink. It's a burger king. The food tastes exactly as I expected it to. I had received the wrong sandwich, not really a problem as it... was replaced in good time. My only complaint is the aggressive and and downright mean manager who felt the need to berate theline cook and drive thru attendant. At one point even throwing something away and when the garbage can was missed, deemed itnecessary to demand her worker pick it up and place it in the trash can. Honestly disgusting to watch. I feel as a customer I should not have to listen to staff swearing at other employees at the Ottawa, Illinois location. Should... not have to wait over 20 minutes for a few sandwiches and drinks and drinks were not what we ordered. Also, after having staffgo back in after delivering food, my forgotten drink was delivered by an 8 year old. Read more

Spent an hour in the drive thru couple weeks back. Figured it was just a bad day for them. Then today I tried giving them... another shot. Sadly same result. Another lunch break spent counting 53 cars drive through McDonald?s drive thru. Just to have myorder wrong and no care in the world from the employees. Which I don?t really have time to do much complaining since I have ajob that I need to be at. Simple question is how do you stay open financially? That?s crazy. No way are you making profit. Horrible I been waiting for about 20 minutes for a burger or 3 of them and no one is in line. No one I been waiting way too... long. Take in mind I'm a former manager at burger King. The milkshake was straight vanilla no Ice cream it was so disgusting ,like water in a cup. Then before I arrived it was about 7:45 they said they were closed for 10 minutes so I waited came back andthen got this horrible food.
