Went through the drive through. The girl who took my order and money was okay. Not friendly but not rude. The girl who gave me... my order, however, WAS rude. I don?t understand how every time I go here, something is messed up with my order. And I try to call and no one ever answers the... phone. The order is on the screen, so I don?t understand how you forget to put things in the bag or give the wrong drink. Read more
Took my money at the drive through and had me wait 10 minutes for a product they knew they were out of. If I hadn't walked in... and asked for a refund I would probably still be sitting there. Go anywhere but here. Read more
This location was further off the highway than I expected, but it was worth the extra few minutes. Large open indoor eating... space. Very clean. Has self ordering kiosks if you prefer. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and smiling. Service was fast! Read more
Horrible experience. Will never go back. I pulled up and ordered my food like normal by the time I got to the window it was... several minutes later and they asked me to pull into a parking spot and I told them no and the black Girl behind the countersaid that my actions were racially motivated. The white manager asked her to step aside after her comment and I was not happywith the way I was treated and being called a racist so I refused tto move demandedmy monto move. They pick a choose when you can use your mobile coupons. You can order the same exact thing one day and your coupon will be... accepted and then the next day they will be like " it only works for hamburgers". They forget to put things like straws, andeven if you ask is the BBQ sauce is the bag and ask if they are sure.... it won't be in the bag. Read more

Litrally went their asked for a no exspresso peppermint blended mocha just for them to switch me through 3 different people and... for me to hear them laughing in the back ground so we drove off came back and asked for the same thing and then they messed upon what we asked for! Didn't even bother going back again. This happens so often I don't recommend ottawa mcdonalds. Read more
