Pizza and wings were good. Just don't order pizza well done I guess. The crust was black! But it was still tasty.
Whenever I order delivery it has not once been on time. It's been 20+ minutes late every single time. This is during my work... break when I ask for it to be delivered at a specific time. awful service. food is decent don't get me wrong. But the customer service is horrendous. if you call 45 minutes before closing... time, don't expect a pizza. its not coming. The workers aren't nice, and will hang up the phone when you have a concern. Needsnew management. Read more
Pizza tasted undercooked and not very flavorful. Guess that's what you get with a pizza chain. Paid for extra garlic butter but... never got any and I asked if it was in there before we left and was told yes. Lesson learned. Stick with family owned pizzeriasand sometimes BOGO coupons and worth more in the trash. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas. One only had toppings on one side just sause on the other. My pizza tastes like mold plus it was totally... not what I ordered. When I called to complain to the manager. The driver answered after I had to call back a couple times. There were no answers. Finally the Manager got on the phone and just offered me on my next order for the same plaza's for free. Just wanted to take a moment to commend those working the evening of 11/7/22. I?m a professional chef. We rarely eat out. But... that day was an exception. We deal with some food allergies in our household and had ordered one pizza with no cheese via theapp. Upon arriving home, we realized the pizza that shouldn?t have had cheese did. My husband called to let the store know, andwe appreciate how y?all handled it so much. Not only did they have our corrected pizza made within 10 minutes, the gentlemanworking also gave us a pizza cookie for the inconvenience. Sir, you made my two little boys pizza party even better than we hadplanned. There?s just not enough thank you?s for that, and quality service deserves to be recognized.
