Tried to call in a delivery order. Foreign based call center hangs up when I asked to talk to local store that I dialed. So I... order online at 930, store closes at 10. I get call from store saying it would be an hrs before driver gets back and storecancels order. I still wanted the pizza so the redid the order. It's been 2 1/2 hrs and no pizza. Call 800 number to complainand they tell me to call local store (same one that won't answer phone and kicks you to foreign call center that hangs up whenyou ask to talk to local store). I don't want to hear a word from any restaurants complaining about how tough things are. Simple customer service is all your patrons want. What a joke. Read more
I've stopped here 3 times in the last 2 months.. Sign says dining room open 4-8 but I have yet to step foot inside. Saturday,... May 14th, we pulled in at 7:30. Doors were locked again. So I called to place a to-go order but a machine promptly answered andsaid, "I'm sorry. We're closed." Click. They've never had super great pizza to begin with. The Morris location is much better.But since Ottawa is closer, we stop here. I'm done trying. Read more
Call and order over the phone 2 large pepperoni and 1 large sausage pizza. Then when you go to pick it up, 1 pepperoni and 1... sausage. Seriously, its not a difficult order. Read more
I understand all the bad reviews for this location. We have ordered many times last minute mostly for wings since their pizza is... honestly garbage. You would figure you cant really screw up those kind of wings. Even though they sometimes find a way. The onetime we ordered online and got notified when they were preparing it and when it was on its way, It kept going back and forth sowe called repeatedly and no one answered. It never came!! We did get charged btw. Tonight we called to make sure they were stilldelivering. The guy said yes but we close in a half hour. I said ok can I place an order? He said yes but we close in a halfhour. Lol. He had an attitude obviously so I said forget it. I wasn't going to risk what I was probably about to get. Thatlocation is far from constant and it comes down to management. Corporate should see these reviews if they cared to do anythingbut I doubt they or anyone else really cares. People are lazy and really don't care these days. Read more
I was very disappointed with my order. The pizza tasted like it was frozen. I ordered a side of french fries with cajun... seasoning and assumed they would include some ketchup packs but they added neither the seasoning nor the ketchup. Definitelywon't buy from them again. Read more
I ordered from here for pick up. Ordered a party box and extra wings.They told us it would be 10-20 min wait. When I got there,... I waited a couple minutes to be greeted and the food wasn?t ready. After going home, I realized they forgot the side order ofwings. I called the number for the store and I?m on hold while leaving this review. Would not recommend this location. Read more
I would usually give pizza hut a 5 out of 5 stars, but tonight is just the worst. Called and ordered a pizza around 9pm. They... called me twice, onece to get my apt number. Which ai understand. And once again to tell me that they messed up my pizza and hadto make me a new one. And now it's 10:09pm and I still have yet to receive my order. Read more
