The drive thru young lady was very nice foods ok for fast food burrito
Went to the store just before 10 pm through drive through. They didn't have no meat cook and the wait was 20 minutes. I went in... with my service dog which is a puppy and still learning. The young girl employee told me that I can't have my dog inside. Shesaid that a service dog doesn't behave the way my puppy was acting. I ask myself, is she an expert in dog training? I wasoffended and the crew was unpleasant and unprofessional. It was a shame because I love Taco Bell. I once had a store and mypriorities were be kind and good to the customers. You can not go wrong with taco bell. The store recently got remodeled and it looks great and clean. Service was great
It would've been better if the skag behind me in line wasn't such a miserable, rotten, biznatch. In a restaurant that small,... everyone suffers. What a waste of humanity. I hope Taco Bell banished her and her son from ever setting foot in any of theirrestaurants ever again. I tried to take her picture surreptitiously, but when I pointed my camera at her, the lens broke. Shemust've been one of Medusa's sisters. When she left, I prayed to sweet little 9 lb 8 oz baby Jesus that she crapped and felldown in it. In spite of all that, the food was fine, reasonably priced and mostly prepared in a timely fashion. Who ever they have running the drive thru is very unprofessional! ( Oct 3rd 2022) she must not know how to work the register and... changing prices. charging more than the actual price! I asked her how much a chicken casadilla was. She said $6.57. When it'sless than $3.00. than I ordered 4 regular beef and bean burritos. And I got charged $17.60! Each bean burrito is $1.29. so tellme how she came up with that price??( Not including the quasadilla, I just asked for the price) I noticed the person ahead of meordering and he was also over charged. They have careless teenagers running the restaurant with no care in the world.. They haveunappropriate conversations and talk about the customers while they're there. As well as ignoring the customer wheñ they messup their orders. Even when you ask for fresh food they give you a look like " since they make it. How do you know that they'renot spitting in your food? Time to fire the WHOLE staff and replace them with people that care about the customers and arefriendly. Not ones that make you feel like you're bothering them when you want to place an order and give an attitude. Where'sthe damn management at?? How do they not know that the place is being run to the ground? Soon they'll be losing customer's.But, it'll only be their own faults. Don't get me wrong I like eating taco bell every now and then. I love tacos...taco bell will do in a pince when I don't make them at home. Great food and service here.
Tired and beat from a hard night work.. It was everyone else's lunch time.. I went in and the lady took my order promptly and... then walked backed and made it herself.. They was short staffed with only 3 employees.. She informed me of this as sheapologized for any delay.. I thought it went smoothly and the food was good and made correctly..
