I can't believe I ever thought to come back to this location. Worst service ever not only do you always have multiple items... missing they also ask what sauce you would like but deliberately never put it in the bag. This time I had hair in my food!!!!!!Are you kidding me I also work with food its not that hard to put your hair up and in a hair net. Walked in a around 3:30pm. Stood at the counter for about 5minsish without seeing 1 employee. Finally found 1 and was told they... don't open until 4pm. Really? 4pm open time. Absolutely love this location. Will who greeted us and took our order was awesome. He was busy but still had that smile on his... face and acknowledge us. He made me laugh and just over all was a genuine man. I could have went there in a bad mood and thatMan would have changed my mood. I'll definitely be going back to this location everytime. Even the staff in back was superfriendly. I said bye to all the staff and everyone looked up and said bye and thank you!!!! We usually love Wendy's. But this one is in need of a deep cleaning and desperately needs a staff training or replacements. ... We stopped in about a month ago and waited in the drive through lane in 7th position for 20 minutes!! Then 2 weeks ago, wentinside the dining room. Featured sandwich with Italian sauce was lukewarm and sauce was cold. Tables were sticky and dirty andthe staff working were loudly talking, complaining and unprofessional. Staff had friends / family members come in and theconversations were louder and kids were noisy. Dining area and supplies were not taken care of. Unlike any Wendy's we haveever been in. Not good !
